How Do I Find a Product?

On the home page you can select from the list of parts categories. You can then navigate the pages and subcategories to locate the required product.

How Do I Select Product Options?

If the product you wish to purchase has options, i.e. colour or size, these are selected when adding the item to your shopping basket. You are shown a page which requests you choose your preferred option before you can place it in the basket.

How Do I Register?

Registration is quick and easy. Click on New Account on the home page of the website and complete the registration form.

How Do I Log Into My Account?

You can access your account on the home page of the site by entering your email and password into the Customer Login area. Alternatively you can click on MY ACCOUNT and enter your login details in the appropriate area.

How Do I Buy a Kid's Bike?

We believe in taking very special care when choosing a child's bicycle. Fitting is important for everyone, but for growing children getting the right size bike is vital for safety, confidence and comfort.
For this reason children's bikes are only available to order online for in-store collection. We will be delighted to welcome you and your child at our Kilmaurs shop where we will let them try out various styles and sizes. See our guide Choosing a child's bicycle
