Parts and accessories:
Shipping is free for most items, heavier items usually have an excess charge, this will be shown at the checkout. Bicycles will generally incur a charge of £40.
International Orders
Please contact us by email to discuss international shipping charges as these will vary according to country, size of parcel and delivery time. sales@walkerscyclingshop.co.uk
Bicycles: These should be collected from our Kilmaurs shop** where they will be fully assembled and checked. Any accessories ordered with new bikes will be fitted free of charge when collected from our Kilmaurs shop.
All bikes collected from our shop will be entitled to 2 free services - one at 6 weeks and another at 6 months (provided the 6 week service has been carried out by Walkers Cycling).
If you require bikes to be couriered then there will be a £40 shipping charge. Please be aware that some bicycle manufacturers will not provide warranty unless it has been assembled and checked by an authorised dealer.

Parts & Accessories
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 3pm UK time on a working day. If it can't be despatched the same day, the despatch day will be the next working day. If you receive an email with a tracking number you can check the progress online.
*1 Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive.

Average transit times to Europe, actual time may be longer:
2 days - Belgium, France (except South), West Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands (also, ROI if International Parcel Carrier used)
3 days - Austria, Denmark, South of France, East Germany
3/4 days - Italy, Spain
4/5 days - Finland, Portugal, Sweden
Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
